B2B-CENTER.AM provides digital services: registration, verification, procurement tools and document workflow.

Verification payment

The verification payment is symbolic and used to confirm the account. The service is considered started when account verification begins.

Platform fee

The platform fee after conclusion of a transaction is non-refundable if the service was provided and the deal page/documents became available to the parties.

Cancellation

If payment was made by mistake, duplicated, or caused by a technical error, the user must contact support within 3 business days with payment proof. Refund is made only after review.

Disputes

Non-refundable cases include already provided digital service, confirmed verification, concluded transaction, access to documents, or incorrect data provided by the user.
