Public offer and platform rules
This offer is intended to support good-faith performance by customers and contractors and protect the platform.
1. Acceptance
Registration, login, publishing a procurement, submitting an offer, uploading documents, payment or use of the platform means acceptance of these rules.
2. Platform role
B2B-CENTER.AM is a technical platform for procurements, offers, documents, contracts, appendices, acts and payment pages. It is not a party to contracts between customers and contractors.
3. Customer duties
The customer must publish accurate and complete information about the procurement, terms, deadlines, technical assignment, draft contract and selection criteria.
4. Contractor duties
The contractor must provide accurate data, review the procurement, contract and documents, assess capacity and offer only when ready to perform in good faith.
5. Prohibited actions
Fake registration, use of third-party data, forged documents, fraud, bypassing the platform, malicious files, technical attacks and other risky actions are prohibited.
6. Symbolic verification fee
The platform may set a small symbolic fee to verify that the user is real. The amount is set by the administrator. Payment is made using the invoice requisites and unique code.
7. Post-deal platform fee
After winner selection and contract generation, the platform may invoice the customer and contractor. The amount may be 1000 AMD from each side or another amount set by the administrator.
8. Payments
Payments are made by requisites, QR, payment link or payment provider. Automatic confirmation is possible only through provider callback/API.
9. Documents and contracts
Uploaded documents and technical assignments may become part of the contract. After winner selection, the contract is filled with party requisites and final price.
10. Liability
Customers and contractors are responsible for their data, documents, prices, deadlines, taxes, quality, payments and contract performance.
11. Platform protection
The platform may verify registrations, request additional data, restrict or block accounts, remove suspicious publications and keep audit logs.
12. Changes
The platform may change rules, tariffs, payment methods and technical functions.
13. Disputes
Disputes are first resolved by negotiations; if unresolved, under the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
14. Copying, scraping and reuse
Without written consent of the right holder it is prohibited to copy, reproduce, scrape, automatically collect, publish, sell or reuse the interface, structure, texts, procurement database, documents, templates, logos, design, source code and materials of B2B-CENTER.AM. Violators may be liable for damages, access blocking and transfer of materials to competent authorities.
