Name, company or sole proprietor data, tax/ID, identification data, address, email, phone, bank requisites, payment codes, receipts, documents, contracts, offers, IP address, device/browser data and activity logs.
3. Purposes
Registration, identification, verification, payment checking, procurements, offers, contracts, acts, notifications, security and legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
User consent, performance of platform terms, payment and contractual relations, legitimate interests and legal obligations under Armenian law.
5. Payment data
The platform creates payment codes, invoices and payment pages. Full bank card data should not be stored when payment is processed by an external provider.
6. Transfers
Data may be transferred to hosting, email services, payment providers, banks, accountants, lawyers and competent authorities only where necessary.
7. Storage
Data is stored as long as necessary for platform operation, contracts, payments, accounting, security and legal requirements.
8. User rights
Users may request information, correction, restriction or deletion where it does not conflict with legal or contractual duties.
9. Security
The operator uses access restrictions, password hashing, closed admin access, CSRF protection, file restrictions, audit logs and server protection.
10. User duties
Users must provide accurate data, not share access, not upload malicious files and report suspicious access or errors.
