Addendum: platform rules
This section is placed under “Info” as an addendum to the public offer and platform information.
Roles and permissions
The company owner/director manages employees, permissions and approvals. Employees work under personal logins and every action is recorded.
Procurement completion
Procurement follows stages: creation, offers, winner selection, contract, documents, completion and archive. After completion documents are available only to customer, winner and admin in a dispute.
Disputes and complaints
Participants may create complaints about procurement, payment, documents or participation violations. Admin decisions are recorded in the log.
Financial model
Base model: company verification and platform fee after winner selection. Prices are controlled in admin settings and displayed on the prices page.
History retention
Important actions are not deleted. Admin can block or cancel, but history, IP addresses, downloads and document logs are preserved.
