Platform purpose
The platform helps customers publish procurements and orders, and helps contractors and suppliers find relevant procurements, prepare documents, submit offers and participate in the contract process.
Users
Legal entities, sole proprietors, small businesses and private individuals may use the platform as customers or contractors/suppliers. The administrator may enable or disable specific registration types.
Functions
The platform provides registration, verification, procurement publication, document upload, offer submission, contract and act generation, notifications and payment pages.
Limited role
The platform is a technical environment and is not a party to the procurement. It does not guarantee obligations, quality, deadlines, tax or legal consequences.
Verification fee
A small symbolic verification fee may be used to confirm that the user is a real person/company and to verify payment requisites. The amount is set by the administrator and may change.
Post-deal fee
After winner selection and contract generation, a platform fee may be charged from the customer and contractor, for example 1000 AMD or another amount set by the administrator.
Security
The platform uses access control, hidden admin access, CSRF protection, file restrictions, audit logs and other technical measures.
